School - Parent Partnership  Improvement

At the School Growth Planning Day - Thurs. April 7, 2005,  for the goal:

The school will further develop strong partnerships with our parent community

the parents put forward the  following requests:

- have all teachers report all student absences, obstacles were discussed
- have all teachers sending regular e-mail reports home showing test and assignment results like some math teachers currently doing, obstacles were discussed
- publish all teacher e-mail addresses on the Kits Web site, obstacles were discussed
- expand interim reports to have, in addition to grade comments, behaviour comments to identify ie. where a student is disrupting a class, obstacles were discussed
