Concerned about Pedestrian Safety at Trafalgar and 12th?

Kitsilano PAC has particular current concerns about the safety of pedestrians at the corner of 12th and Trafalgar and have written to the city regarding this issue.  We wish to forward a copy of our letter to other parties who may share those concerns
