are You! We are PAC!
Everyone who has a child at Kits is a member of PAC and is welcome to
attend
our monthly meetings.
These are held alternately on the second Tuesday or Wednesday of almost
every
month.
Coffee and tea are served from 7:00PM and meetings run from 7:30PM
sharp to
9:00PM in the 3rd floor Staff Lounge. Note:
location may vary.

Note: We are looking for many new members to the PAC Executive. Parents
of
students in Grades 8,9 and 10 are encouraged
to
consider taking a volunteer position.

Note: the Kits PAC Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes of
the PAC
meetings. The Kits PAC Secretary is also responsible for keeping a
record of attenedabne at these meetings in
teh
blue book. The blue book is required by auditors, so that Kits PAC can demonstate, that as non profit organization
receiving grant
money (ie. from the casino program) regular
meetings
of the memebership are held.
