What can I say about Palindromes? For me they have become sort of like collecting stamps or coins. The possibilities are endless as to what one can come up with when creating Palindromes. And so my curiosity never ends. I really didn't know I would continue making Palindromes this long. 'Tis Christmas Day, 2003. For the past few days I've been wondering about
the acronym Y2K which represented the moment we went from 1999 to the year
2000, and the Name 9/11 given to the well known terrorist attack on New York
just 21 months later on September 11th, 2001.
For those of us that didn't know, the acronym Y2K means Y=Year, 2=Two and
K=Thousand.
I've been pondering this and looked to see if it meant anything through Numerology,
Gematria or Palindromic. I wondered if there was any relationship between
this Acronym Y2K and the Name 9/11. I wondered about this because of what
has been said by the Intelligence News Media Correspondents. They said on
many occasions that when the Bin Laden tapes are aired on the News, the tape
is never shown in its entirety because of National Security and the fear that
maybe Bin Laden himself would give secret code messages across the airwaves
to his followers.
Well check this then, I was amazed:
The letter Y is the 25th letter in the alphabet, so then Y2K now looks like
this: 25-2K.
The letter K is the 11th letter in the alphabet, so now Y2K which became 252K,
becomes 25211, I'll put a backslash to make this easier: 252/11.
Add the first three numbers 252 which equals 9, then we have 9/11.
There's more. The 252 day of the year 2001 was September 9th, just two days
before the actual 9/11 event. Just two days off. Or am I off. Maybe it was
48 hours before it happened when the operation was actually set in motion.
That seems reasonable.
Anyway, just an observation. There might be something to it, there might not.
