TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY NIGHT – Regular Club Basketing at The Club House

SATURDAY

AFTERNOON – Golfing – Please call Jim Knox at 780-998-4985 to arrange a Tee time if you are interested. Please call by August 18th

SUPPER – BBQ hamburgers and hot dogs with salads at the Goodchilds. Donations to the club for cost will be appreciated.

6:00 PM- Basketing at the Goodchilds

POOLS – Open Saturday afternoon, owners can pool until Sunday 10:00 AM then pools are open to all. Pools will be 100% paid out. Out of Town pooling must be received by 5:00 PM Saturday

Any participants that are not going to be at the derby for the race and wish to pool please fill in the pools (Derby Pooling Sheet) you want and send the money in with your pool sheets so they can be received by Sep 1st.
Any pools not received by 10:00 AM on race day will be open to everyone else.

BUY BACKS – Deadline 1 week prior to the race

ACTIVATE BIRDS – Deadline Saturday at 5:00 PM

CALCUTTA – Open after basketing – 10% will go to the club and balance paid out

SUNDAY - RACE DAY

Brunch at Goodchilds 10 AM – 12 PM

RELEASE – 8:00 AM

PIG ROAST with all the trimmings 4:00 PM until ????? Please phone 973-4614 by Aug 23 to let us know if you will be attending. The club needs to know many will be attending the pig roast.

Bar will be BYOB. Lots of games, raffles, chicken Bingo etc. to entertain one and all so please plan on a fun filled week end.
