2007 Prize details:

 

It must be noted that the race committee will have a right to distribute the prize winnings in a manner that is most fare to all the participants.

 

  1. When drop of birds come together, they will be declared equal. This may be equal 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc…Under this condition the combined prize pool of the birds on the drop will be distributed equally amongst the birds declared to be on the drop.

    Example:
    1. 1st drop consisting of five birds. Total prizes for the 1st five positions are added up and divided equally.
    2. After the 1st drop 6th bird comes alone. This bird will take 6th prize.
    3. After the sixth, 10 birds come together. They take combined winnings of the next 10 birds and these are split equally.
    4. After this 10 birds land together. Again they will be declared equal. At this point there are only four remaining prizes as total of 20 are awarded. These birds will take the combined remaining prize total and it will be divided equally.

  2.  For a bird to be declared single, the bird must be separated by at least 10 seconds from the other clocked birds and noted visually as a bird that landed or came alone and ahead of others.

  3. Race committee reserves the right to declare the definition of a common drop. In a broad definition it will be a flock of birds arriving together and entering the loft before other birds come.
