John Theroux has over 30 years in the
Vocational Education and Trades Sectors. He is a former Adult
Educator, holding management positions in both Public and Private Colleges, past Vice President of
the Alberta Association of College Faculties, has an honors
Diploma in
Business
Management, and was a highly successful trades instructor for six years. John is also
a Journeyman
in two Trades and a software programmer. This background allows John to assist
employees to act as a companies own 'content experts', clearly
defining company'
processes, methods, equipment useage and safety training needs.
