Invites you to join as a Special Member

A Special Membership allows you and members of your household the same rights to participate* in your community’s recreation centre as members of the Stratas, at the same fees.*

  *some conditions apply

1. Special Members must pay their monthly fees in advance for the balance of the year.
2. Special Memberships expire on December 31, of each year.
3. Special Members are not subject to any “Special Assessments.”
4. Special Members do not have a vote at Annual General Meetings.

  Living in Green Tree you probably already know about the year round heated pool, a social or meeting room that can accommodate up to 72 guests, and the saunas. But did you know there is also a games room with a ping pong table, billiards table and air hockey table? Did you know about the rowing machine, electric treadmill and stationary bicycle? How about Halloween Fireworks paid for and organized by volunteer members of the Association? Members of the Association are also the organizers of Block Watch’s Super Garage Sale.

  Swim Lessons have always been an important part of the Centre’s activities and this year is no exception. There are several ten day sessions beginning January for your child to participate in. Private lessons are also available. Check out the website or enquire at the Centre for times and registration details.
