MEETINGS


Regular Meetings
are held in #1 Firehall, 760 North Road on the first Wednesday every  month at 5:30 pm. The public is welcome to attend. Circumstances sometimes require this date/time to be shifted, so it is wise to check with the chairman or administrative officer before attending.

Anyone wishing to have a topic of concern put on a regular meeting agenda should submit it in writing to the chairman a minimum of one week prior to the meeting.

Annual General Meetings
are held once per year (usually in April) for the purposes of:

1. To provide the landowners a report on the conditions of the works and to present the audited financial statements for the preceding year.

2. To discuss with the landowners any matter relating to the works or finances of the improvement district.

3. To elect a trustee or trustees to succeed those trustees whose terms of office (3 years) expire, and any other vacancies that may coincide with the Annual General Meeting.

4. To have the landowners fix the remuneration of the trustees for the ensuing year.
