"Lord of the Fries" Random Menu Generator
Description
"'Lord of the Fries' Random Menu Generator" is a simple little game/app to
generate random dishes for the
Cheapass game,
"Lord of the Fries".
The "Lord of the Fries" (LOTF) game is a card game where players are
Zombies trying to fill food orders from various menus using a set of
ingredients. It's a ROFLYAO lot of fun! One of the menu options is
rolling to generate random dishes. As much fun as it is to roll dice, it
is prone to errors so what better than a cell phone app to take care
of all of that for you. And it's a lot faster too!
With the "Lord of the Fries" Random Menu Generator you can generate a
single dish, a Zone of 6 dishes, or an entire menu of 4 Zones (24 dishes
total). You can customize the Magic Menu String to roll your own random
menus and have the option of displaying the ingredient text strings as well
as the easy-to-recognize item images.

| Menu String |
This is the magic menu string that controls the random generation of
the dishes. Each character encodes a specific ingredient item. A d6 is
rolled repeatedly until told to STOP or the end of the magic menu string
is reached.
b = Bun
s = Sauce
f = Fries
d = Drink
v = Veggies
c = Cheese
r = Bird
w = Cow
h = Fish
p = Pie
X = STOP
Anything else = Mystery
It is recommended that the first six characters not have a STOP (X) in
them so that you are always guaranteeded at least one item in a random
dish. LOTR comes with blank cards that can be used for "Mystery"
ingredients. If a character is used in the magic menu string that is
unrecognized (ie. *) then that item is "Mystery".
If you come up with your own strings that generate interesting dishes,
please
let us know!
