We offer complimentary underground parking. Be sure to bring the ticket with you up to the office (even though the ticket states, "Please leave ticket in car") to be validated for up to one hour of free parking. Additional time is charged at $3.50/hour.
If arriving from the east (ie. Burnaby), turn RIGHT on Laurel St which is the last intersection BEFORE Oak St. Turn LEFT into the back lane which will leads to the underground parkade.
If arriving from the west (ie. Kitsilano), turn LEFT on Laurel St which is the first intersection AFTER Oak St. Turn LEFT into the back lane which will leads to the underground parkade.
If you have an ICBC or WCB Claim, we do not validate parking tickets. Instead, keep your parking receipt and present them to your adjuster for repayment.
