Rooms & Rates, Brookhaven B & B Studio    Brookhaven B&B Suite:  This open plan room ideally sleeps two adults, but utilising the 'click-clack' couch accomodates another adult or two children. Rates: May - September Single night $110, multiple nights $99 each. 3 consecutive nights $275. Weekly rate $575. There are no additional taxes to pay. Winter Rates: Available for monthly rental $800 per month. Apply for availability & price for shorter stays. Bathroom:  En-suite bathroom with large shower leads off bedroom Beds: Bedroom with queen size bed Amenities:  Fireplace, Television, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, wireless internet Click photos to enlarge Breakfast Supplies:  Make your choice of Bacon & Eggs, Fruit & Yogurt or Ham & Cheese. All selections come with white or multigrain home baked bread & raisin cinnamon bread. Peanut butter, honey & preserves are available with a choice of cereals, tea, coffee & fruit juice. Special dietry requirements or preferences: Please let us know if you have special dietry needs, or would prefer an alternative to our usual selection. Policy:  Check in from 3-6pm daily or by arrangement. Check out by 11am daily. 50% Deposit requested on booking, balance upon arrival.
