Los Tules 6-113 |
Total Property Tour....
Here are some pictures of the unit 6-113 that is for rent for weeks 2, 3, & 4 of the year. It is a ground floor unit directly on the oceanfront and close to the main pool and restaurant. It has 1650 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned. The 600 sq. ft. beachfront patio is partially covered and gives even more living space. Easy walking to many restaurants, liqour stores and two plazas.
There are 7 pools in Los Tules, a hot pool, and 6 tennis courts. Built on a coconut plantation, hundreds of palms create a shaded oasis at oceanside. A store by the office has emergency supplies, while Gigante & Corona across the street provide economical shopping for major purchases.
This is the view of building 6 and 6-113 is in the center on the ground floor at the south end of the 30 acre complex in the heart of the Hotel Zone halfway between the marina and the Malecon. |
This is the patio. It is 600 sq.ft. with half of it covered from the sun. Great ocean breezes cool it every afternoon.
Neighborhood cats often make the place seem even more like home! Beyond is the patio in front of our huge master bedroom.
The ground floor location makes our patio a natural gathering place for friends.
The living room has traditonal Mexican furnishings and great views of the ocean. There are walkout doors to both patios. The seating for six makes entertaining simple. A TV with cable provides music, news and entertainment.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave and plenty of storage. Eating is often a social affair. |
The serving bar is complete with bar stools. The adjacent dining room has seating for four. Often we dine outside on the patio.
The front patio is covered from the sun with a palapa. Two lounges, four chairs and two tables complete the patio furnishings.
The view north shows the main pool area (with wading pool) and the Cafe Chapultapec. Room service to our patio makes casual dining a breeze.
To the south is the main patio off the master bedroom. Potted plants provide extra greenery and privacy from neighbors. |
Further south are the extensive lawns and the city skyline in the distance.
The beach spreads out to the south. This view is from the privacy wall in front of our unit.
With the benefit of zoom lens, the city seems very close as it is nestled into the base of the Sierra Madre mountains.
The MariaGallant offers fireworks at the end of each dinner cruise visible from all over PV. Its nightly sailing always frames the setting sun for great pictures.
As the sun sets, the ships head out from the Marina district. Here is a Mexican Riviera cruise ship and the nightly Pirate Ship MariaGallant dinner cruise.
As the sun sets, the interior of the condo has a warm feeling. Here is the livingroom and diningroom as seen from the Mexican-style kitchen. |
The sun will sometimes show below the clouds in time for the famous "green flash". This gives rise to the now infamous saying about Puerto Vallarta: "Another lousy day in Paradise!"
The large entrance opens onto rear gardens and patios, while opening the rear guest suites up to cooling ocean breezes. |
The master bedroom offers ample room with king-sized bed, large vanity sink and double closet. The separate shower and toilet provide privacy and easy sharing.
The master is right on the ocean with its own patio and loveseat. The loveseat converts to another bed for big families. |
The guest bedroom suite offers ample room with two three quarter beds (can be made up as a king-sized bed), private bathroom and double closet. Two large windows overlook lush gardens on the property.
The guest suite has its own sofa and seating area. The sofa pictured can be used as an extra bed if needed. The third bedroom has a doublebed and has its bathroom just behind the kitchen. |
