For support, refer to the documentation within the installed program's icon group or try their site's forums at http://forums.treewalkdns.com/. If you use a newsreader, the same fora are available via news://news.treewalkdns.com/. (Support requirements are generally nil unless you need to legally register to use it in a commercial environment.)
